How long does the testosterone pellet procedure take?

The procedure is simple, relatively painless and only takes 5-10 minutes in the office. It is done under local anesthesia. Under sterile conditions, the pellets are inserted in your upper hip/buttocks area through a small incision. It is then its taped closed with a steri-strip and a small dressing is applied. The dressing can be removed in 1 day, but allow the steri-strip to fall off over the next 7-10 days.
