Thanksgiving Pumpkin Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 cup Pumpkin, canned, unsalted (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp fresh lemon peel
- 1 cup Cheese, ricotta, fat free
Directions
- Mix the pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, and lemon peel in a bowl.
- Fold into the ricotta cheese. Place in the refrigerator and let chill for 1 hour.
